    Stela Railean (artistically known as Estela Raileanu), is an animation director, multidisciplinary artist, illustrator, and researcher based in the Republic of Moldova. A graduate in Animation Film Directing, she works across animation, illustration, painting, and mixed media, exploring memory, landscape, and visual storytelling through both traditional and digital practices.

    She is the founder of Loopina, a creative brand that encompasses Loopina Creative — an animation and visual storytelling studio, and Loopina Publishing  — a platform dedicated to illustrated books and educational projects. Through her creative practice, she has illustrated more than 100 children’s books for publishers and authors worldwide.
